Chocolate Buckini Clusters

This has got to be the millionth granola recipe I have shared on my blog, but I just can’t help myself. Whether I am sprinkling it over my smoothie bowls or piling it into my mouth straight from the jar, I am a granola addict.

This recipe makes the most perfect crunchy clusters they could totally pass as mini cookies, just saying…

I kept it nice and simple but feel free to add in nuts and seeds and mix up the dried fruit. Although I do recommend trying the inca berries because the tartness of the fruit goes amazingly in this mix.

Chocolate Buckini Clusters

  • 2 cups raw buckwheat
  • 2 cup coconut flakes
  • 3/4 cups dried inca berries
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup coconut nectar
  • 1/2 cup raw cacao powder
  1. Pre heat oven to 160c
  2. Place all ingredients into a large bowl and mix well to combine and coat everything evenly – this can take a bit of work just keep mixing until it is sticky
  3. Spread the mix out onto a lined tray and bake for around 15-18 minutes, stirring at least once – keep an eye on it as the edges can burn easily
  4. Allow to cool fully before breaking up into clusters and storing in an airtight container
