As a qualified nutritionist, I’m deeply moved to help people find their way to wellness and health and improve their quality of life in whatever way they can. I’ve been able to share this as an Australian food blogger.
As well as a Bachelor of Health Science (Nutrition), I have completed an Advanced Diploma in Commercial Photography and I’m a practicing nutritionist, photographer and recipe developer based in Adelaide, South Australia.
After majoring in fashion photography, I soon realised that food photography and health and wellness were my calling. In the early days of Instagram, I was known as ‘the oats girl’ because I would regularly post pictures of my morning oats. From there, my amazing Instagram community and following built and is extremely strong and supportive to this day.
What’s more is that I’m an author of several recipe ebooks and am currently completing a qualification in naturopathy, so I can offer you a wide range of in depth information to further help you achieve your healthiest self.
I believe in teaching people about the ways in which our diet affects our health and helping people work towards better choices and reducing chronic disease. But I’m never preachy or pushy!
I also believe in working towards a more sustainable future for this beautiful planet we live on and believe the food we consume and how we produce it, directly affects the health of our planet.
Food is what began my interest in nutrition and health. I’ve always been a major food lover (who isn’t, right?) but it was only when I began to take an interest in my health that my love for cooking began to blossom.
I live in the stunning Adelaide Hills and go to the gym most mornings and love taking my dog for big walks. I’m always experimenting in the kitchen and discovering more about nutrition and food.
