Not much compares to a warming spiced dahl during winter! I have been testing out the @Brevilleaus FastSlowGo cooker and colour me impressed – I’ve never used a pressure cooker before and let me tell you it’s a game changer! It cooked this dahl to absolute perfection in just 30 minutes, made fluffy rice in 10 and I made my own yoghurt in it too! Super versatile, and easy to clean it gets a big thumbs up from me.
