I created this recipe when I had a huge craving for choc chip cookies, but it was way too hot to turn the oven on! They are delicious, chewy and chocolatey. Sprinkling of salt not essential, but HIGHLY recommended.
NO BAKE CHOC CHIP COOKIES
3/4 cup rolled oats
1/3 cup almond meal
1/2 cup natural peanut butter
1/4 cup rice malt syrup or honey
1 tsp vanilla
pinch of saly
2 tbsp ground flaxseeds
1/2 cup chocolate chips
combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well with your hands, add the choc chips until combined
