Choc Peanut Butter Fudge Protein Bars

  • 1 cup crunchy natural peanut butter
  • 1 cup coconut butter – melted (*not coconut oil!)
  • 1 serve vanilla protein powder ( I use Botanika blends cake batter flavour)
  • 1 1/2 cups cacao butter buttons
  • 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup roasted almonds – roughly chopped
  • 1/2 cup coconut flakes
  • 1 serve protein powder
  1. Place peanut butter, coconut butter and protein powder in a bowl and stir to combine
  2. Pour into a lined square baking tray and place into the freezer to set
  3. Melt the cacao butter and honey together either in the microwave or on the stove
  4. Add all other ingredients and stir to mix well
  5. Once the peanut layer has set pour over the chocolate layer
  6. Place back into the freezer for another 30 minutes or until solid
  7. Slice and serve! Store in the fridge or freezer, it will melt quite quickly
