Healthy Nutella Truffles

Who doesn’t like nutella? no one. Lets face it, if there is a jar in the cupboard, I will be there, spoon in hand, and that jar wont be there much longer! I may also be guilty of using it as some sort of dip for anything i can get my hands on..

As you can see, it is dangerous to keep nutella in my house. So ive made these healthy nutella truffles! These absolutely reduce my cravings for the sugary spread, and they give you a real dose of nutrients and fiber, because lets face it, nutella doesnt contain much other than sugar!

Hazelnuts, like other nuts, provide you with a huge amount of energy and nutrition, some of the benefits of hazelnuts include:

  •  The nuts are packed with many important B-complex groups of vitamins such as riboflavin, niacin, thiamin, pantothenic acid, pyridoxine (vitamin B-6), and folates.
  • They are rich source of minerals like manganese, potassium, calcium, copper, iron, magnesium, zinc, and selenium.
  • Hazelnuts are high in oleic acid, a mono-unsaturated fatty acid, which helps to lower cholesterol.

So here is the recipe for these delicious treats!
